Contact Scanlo

Scanlo is a small team, so your email reaches the people who build the product. No ticket queue, no chatbot, no phone tree.

Where to write

Two addresses cover everything. Pick the one that matches what you need and we will take it from there.

Support and general questions

Something not working, a question about tracking a placement, or you need more than 20 codes. This is the address for all of it.

Billing and plans

Invoices, upgrades, downgrades and cancellations. You can also manage your subscription yourself from the billing page in your dashboard.

Privacy and data requests

Access, export or deletion of your data. We never store your customers' IP addresses and scanning a code sets no cookies, so there is less of it than you might expect.

When you will hear back

We answer email on business days, usually within one working day and always within two. We are based in Poland and work on Central European Time, so a message sent during the US afternoon is normally answered the next morning your time.

If something is broken for a customer of yours right now, put the word urgent in the subject line. Redirects themselves are the one thing that does not wait on us: a printed code keeps working on every plan, even a cancelled one, so a billing problem can never take your codes offline.

What to include

You will get a faster answer if the first email already has:

  • The email address on your Scanlo account.
  • The short link or code name involved, if the question is about one specific code.
  • What you expected to happen and what happened instead, including the phone or browser you used.

Company details

Scanlo is operated from Poland and serves customers worldwide, with pricing in US dollars.

Before you write

A few answers are already written up, and they cover most of what people ask first:

  • Pricing for what each plan includes and what happens if you downgrade.
  • Privacy policy for what we log on a scan and what we deliberately do not.
  • Terms for the redirect promise in writing.
  • About for why Scanlo works the way it does.
