- What happens to my codes if I stop paying or downgrade?
- Your printed codes keep working. We never disable a printed code, on any plan. Only editing and deeper analytics are gated.
- What is a hub?
- One printed code that opens a short page of tracked links, so the customer picks how to pay, where to leave a review, or how to tip. The free plan includes one hub with two links, and you can swap the links later without reprinting the code.
- Do my customers need an app or an account?
- No. They scan with their phone camera and land straight on your page. Only you, the person creating the codes, needs an account.
