- I forgot my password. How do I get back in?
- Select "Forgot password?" on the sign-in form and enter the address on your account. We email you a link to set a new one; it works once and expires after an hour. If you signed up with Google, use "Sign in with Google" instead, or set a password the same way.
- Will my printed codes keep working while I am signed out?
- Yes. Every printed Scanlo code keeps redirecting forever, on any plan, whether or not you are signed in. Signing in is only for managing codes and viewing analytics.
- Do I need an account just to scan a code?
- No. Your customers never sign in. They scan with the phone camera and land on your review, booking or payment page. Accounts are only for the person creating the codes.
