About Scanlo

We make tracked QR codes for small service businesses, so every code you put in front of customers reports back.

Our mission

Scanlo exists for a simple reason: a QR code out in the real world is a blind channel. A payment sticker by the register, a code on an invoice, a booking flyer through the mailbox. You put it out there, and then nothing. No click report, no conversion pixel, no idea which spot brought in the review, the booking or the payment.

Our mission is to give every placement the feedback loop the web has always had. Every Scanlo code is tracked and labeled by placement, so you can compare the counter against the invoice against the flyer, and put your next code in the spot that actually works.

Physical QR placements connected to scan analytics

Our story

Scanlo comes from the maker of Remindlo, an SMS reminder service that helps service businesses cut no-shows and bring past customers back. Working with those businesses, we kept noticing the same thing: everyone uses QR codes now. Review cards, booking flyers, payment stickers on the counter.

And almost every one of those codes was made on a free generator: static, untracked, and one URL change away from being a dead square of ink. Nobody could say which placement earned a single scan.

So in 2026 we built the QR tool we wished those businesses had. One that keeps working forever once it's out there, tells you which placement drove the scans, and lets you change the destination without replacing a single code.

What we promise

These are product rules, not marketing lines. They are built into how Scanlo works and they do not change with your plan.

Printed codes never die

A printed Scanlo code keeps redirecting forever, on every plan, even if you cancel. We will never break something you already paid to print.

Edit without reprinting

Switched booking systems or payment providers? Update the destination once and every printed code follows. No new print run, no peeling stickers off the van.

No creepy tracking

We never store your customers' IP addresses, and scanning a code sets no cookies. You get placement stats, your customers get a clean redirect. Details in our privacy policy.

One tool, one job

Scanlo is not an everything generator. Each tool does one job (a Google review QR code, a booking QR code, a payment QR code) and does it properly.

Why now?

Everything you want a customer to do next lives behind a link now. Reviews are a Google link, bookings are a Calendly link, payments are a PayPal or Stripe link. A QR code is simply how the physical world carries a link, which is why codes are suddenly everywhere: counters, vans, invoices, shop windows.

But most of those codes are fire and forget. A static code cannot tell you it was scanned, and it cannot be fixed when the link behind it changes. If you are going to put a code in front of customers, it should report back and it should never break. That is the whole product.

Put a code out there and see what comes back

Pick a use case, paste your link, print the code. Start free, no card, and the code keeps working forever.
